We have full in-house pattern making facility to make patterns for one off items through to production runs. Generally the design is received from our Cad personal and the pattern making process starts from there. Or if there are detailed drawings or a sample supplied the process can also be started from that.

There are two ways in which we can make patterns we can use the CAD and create code and machine parts of the patterns by means of Cnc or use the cad/ drawings and traditionally make the patterns this is a decision that is made relative to individual jobs.

We offer a repair and alteration service to the our customers existing patterns as to any old patterns repair or duplicating into new patterns. All pattern work is made to the highest quality.
