Sprint Block retains the ability to accept STD SBC cylinder heads and internal components but is externally modified this block is primarily designed for sprintcar racing and has a smaller than std bell housing for weight saving it is cast without an oil filter pad and fuel pump boss and no side engine mounts and can not accept a starter motor this is a full race cylinder block.
Cast from virgin A356 T6 aluminium- Priority mains oiling,
- Tapered main webs
- Billet steel caps
- Darton ductile iron sleeves
- A1 fasteners
- Dry sump only
- Std cam location
